1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of tambet (accessible at tambet.app), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with tambet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tambet ("tambet," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using tambet and close your account if one has been created.

Your continued use of tambet following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. tambet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use tambet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations governing casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing tambet from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of tambet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from tambet for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. tambet reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) tambet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. tambet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Notify tambet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

tambet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tambet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tambet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at any given time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your tambet account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. tambet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. tambet reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your name.
• tambet reserves the right to apply a minimum wagering requirement before a deposit becomes eligible for withdrawal, as disclosed at the time of deposit or bonus acceptance.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• tambet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations.

All funds held in your tambet account are held in trust for you and are not commingled with tambet's operational funds. tambet does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tambet offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all tambet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• tambet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as part of a qualifying withdrawal after wagering requirements have been met.
• tambet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or using prohibited betting strategies.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on tambet are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, as well as the general gameplay standards set out in these Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

tambet uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios and are subject to those studios' operational rules in addition to tambet's standards.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. tambet does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of documented technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, tambet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• tambet is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from the player's internet connection, device failure, or power outage. Bets already confirmed at the time of disconnection remain valid.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. tambet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Players may not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with tambet's games or platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tambet. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Accessing tambet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using tambet for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, tool, or technique to manipulate game outcomes, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tambet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing tambet accounts.

8. Responsible Gaming

tambet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling on tambet is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, players are encouraged to use tambet's responsible gaming tools or seek professional support.

tambet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from tambet. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on tambet, including but not limited to the tambet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of tambet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use tambet solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tambet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on tambet content.
• Use tambet's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from tambet's platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tambet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of tambet, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of tambet services.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond tambet's reasonable control.
• Reliance on any information or content published on tambet.

tambet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of tambet shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tambet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tambet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data

tambet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using tambet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tambet collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. tambet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12. Suspension and Termination

tambet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. 13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

tambet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of tambet complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

tambet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of tambet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using tambet and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
